Every bag really does start with us—three sisters at the workbench, sketching, testing, and tweaking until it feels just right. Nothing is rushed. We try things, scrap them, start again, and nudge each other to go a little further. Our collections grow slowly out of that process, with each tote, crossbody, and satchel shaped by all three of us along the way.
